- 2 Scoops BPN Milk N' Cookies or Cinnamon Protein Powder
- 1 Cup Milk (2%)
- 1 Banana
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Cup Quick Oatmeal
1. Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until even consistency.
2. Chug and enjoy!
